Our sydney datacenter will be conducting critical expansion and upgrade works to the electrical infrastructure. This will result in one out of the two power rails in each rack being de-energised whilst the work is carried out.

The A or B feed power rail, depending on the above information, will be de-energised during the work window. The sydney team and contractors will work through the planned works in a staged manner, mitigating risk to ensure 100% uptime to your unaffected power rail and to ensure the work is completed as quickly as possible.

We expect no impact to production services during this period, as all our devices are redundantly connected. However please do consider this period as being without redundancy.
