We create hosting credits when:
RimuHosting will provide a hosting credit of $15 per new customer referred.
RimuHosting will add the hosting credit 0-60 days after the referral is qualified (per the above conditions). The hosting credit will be deducted from subsequently created hosting invoices.
The hosting credit will not be paid out as cash.
Do not spam advertise the RimuHosting service. For example, do not send the link out in bulk unsolicited email, posting to newsgroups that don't allow advertising, postings that are in breach of Usenet rules, or any other similar methods will be considered as spamming. Do not use the RimuHosting name, email addresses, web addresses (URL), or an address that forwards onto ours.
If you plan to promote or advertise our service and you are unsure if your promotion methods would be considered as spam, please ask us in advance.
Where an affiliate spam advertises then RimuHosting reserves the right to revoke any referral hosting credits.
RimuHosting may adjust invoices for fraudulent accounts, charge backs and all other subscriptions which do not result in payment from a referred customer to RimuHosting.
RimuHosting reserves the right terminate the affiliate agreement for or any reason at any time. The obligation to honor hosting credits earned by the affiliate survives the termination of the agreement.
In the event of dispute, RimuHosting's decision shall be final.
RimuHosting may modify or discontinue this program at any time.
Employees of RimuHosting are restricted from participating in the affiliate program.
RimuHosting shall not be liable under any circumstances for any special, consequential, incidental or exemplary damages arising out of or in any way connected with this agreement or the service, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, loss of use, lost data, loss of privacy, damages to third party even if the affiliate has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The foregoing limitation of liability shall apply whether any claims based upon principles of contract, warranty, negligence or other tort, breach of any statutory duty, principles of indemnity or contribution, the failure of any limited or exclusive remedy to achieve its essential purpose or otherwise. It will be the affiliate's responsibility for the usage of his account and any consequences of this usage.
